Here’s an insider tip, The Shawnee Hills region and the Southern Illinois region, for example, have seen the development of vineyards and wineries. These areas are a few hours’ drive from Chicago and are known for producing wine.

Stags' Leap Winery is a well-known winery located in Napa, who wants to go with me? This is one of my tried and true portfolios.
Stags' Leap is situated in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley, which is renowned for producing high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon wines - hence the name Stags Leap.
The winery has a rich history dating back to the late 19th century when it was founded by Horace and Minnie Chase. It gained recognition in 1976 when a Stags' Leap Cabernet Sauvignon won first place in the red wine category at the famous Judgment of Paris wine competition, putting California wines on the global wine map.

One of my favorite ways to enjoy a wine-down is while practicing slow movement along with a glass red.
Heart Health: Moderate consumption of red wine has been associated with a lower risk of heart disease. Resveratrol and other antioxidants in red wine may help protect the lining of B-vessels, reduce inflammation, and increase “good” HDL cholesterol levels. Consult your primary care physician before consuming alcohol and engaging in physical activity.
