As promised 😉 Getting myself a nice cup of coffee to help me go through the last few things I need to do before hopping on here to chat ☕️ Tomorrow I’m visiting another house but my broker wasn’t available so she’s sending me with one of her colleagues. I’m nervous because we’ve really build a lot of trust her and I and I appreciate how honest she is with me. I hope everything goes well! Happy May friends! 🌞✨🦋 Yesterday’s visits were quite the experience. The market is so aggressive right now, it feels like you don’t have time to really think about anything because everything is moving so fast! There are at least 4-5 people doing offers on the same properties and sometimes you have to make an offer without even being able to visit prior! 🤯 Thank god for my amazing broker lady, I would’ve been crying yesterday without her lol. I’m definitely going to have to adjust my expectations and prepare myself to be patient. I’m not someone who usually moves super fast in general - I like to have options, analyze, dream, think a lot and then make an informed decision. I’m certain that things will align for me when the timing will be right. Also, I got sunburned on the nose while visiting, can you see? 🥺
