The market is so aggressive right now, it feels like you don’t have time to really think about anything because everything is moving so fast! There are at least 4-5 people doing offers on the same properties and sometimes you have to make an offer without even being able to visit prior! 🤯 Thank god for my amazing broker lady, I would’ve been crying yesterday without her lol. I’m definitely going to have to adjust my expectations and prepare myself to be patient. I’m not someone who usually moves super fast in general - I like to have options, analyze, dream, think a lot and then make an informed decision. I’m certain that things will align for me when the timing will be right. Also, I got sunburned on the nose while visiting, can you see? 🥺
