Good morning 💗🌿 I had such a fun day yesterday! Gosh I didn’t know how hot it can get in an attic 🥵 We worked in there for around one hour, took measurements we need, and then we’ll have to come go a second time in the next weeks. Then, we made a barbecue with a burrata and veggies and it was sooo yummy! I took only one photo that I posted in my insta story because we can see the hand of my friend and OF doesn’t like that 🥲 I wish I took more pics though but I really was living in the moment, away from my phone which felt really good and refreshing.

Happy 1st of July to everybody, and especially all my fellow Canadians! 🇨🇦✨ Today I have such a busy day you guys! ☕️ First I’m going into the attic of the building to take some measurements. I’m bringing two friends who are going to help me climb up there and come up with a plan of action because there’s a loooot to do. I’m so excited for this!! I absolutely adore getting my hands dirty and having a project to work on. The part I was most excited about becoming a landlord was actually making renovations and making sure my tenants are comfy and safe in the building. 🤍 Then, I’m hosting a barbecue in the afternoon to thank everyone for the help I’ve received so far through this adventure 🏠🛠 I’ll be cooking some asado, making salads and a burrata with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar to share. I hope it will be delicious 🥰 Send coffee! I hope everyone has an amazing day -x- Also… peep Zelda at the bottom of this pic 🥲💕

Having a home feels surreal. Everything feels surreal right now. Like, I met one of my tenants yesterday and he was so sweet! I cannot believe I’m now responsible for the safety and well being of the people who are living in the building.
