So, here's an update and an explanation of my absence: At the beginning of this year, I requested 6 months off from my job to finally travel and do the things I wanted to do. About 2 weeks after my vacation started, my mom informed us that she has a very uncommon cancer. The timing worked out for my time off to be able to drive her to her appointments and keep notes for her when I was in the state. Around May/June her cancer began to shrink with, so I came back to work a little early to have money when she needed it. About 3 days after coming back to work, her body stopped responding to radiation and the cancer tripled in size. My mom is now in need of surgery, but now that I've returned to work, I have less time to spend with them. My sister is still maturing and taking most of this pretty hard, so my absence has been to spend more family time. I will try to post on here sometimes, but know it's not my main priority. I normally am all for messaging everyone back, but it's very exhausting. I do appreciate all of you on here and most of you are very supportive, but I will most likely not respond to most messages for now.

I'M BACK!! Also, I don't know what my luck has been for files getting lost, but for this Missouri trip, a BUNCH of photos got erased. Not just for me, but the other gals as well. The computer died in the middle of the download from the camera, so the never made it to the computer, but the camera saw the pictures as "transferred". 🥲 So, I only have about 10 pictures, but I love the way they look. I'll post some more later on.

So, I know I told some of y'all a bit about this cold ass shoot, but here's one of the photos. Unfortunately, most of the files got lost from this shoot and i only have a few. I'll post the other ones, but I'm slowly getting them from the photographer as they're being recovered. It sucks about the rest of the photos, but I'm glad I at least got some.
