This last fight I woke up .5 of a pound over weight. I didn’t have to cut at all this whole camp and was actually under weight the whole time for featherweight, so this was unexpected.
I went down stairs to the parking lot and ran sprints, did jumping squats, burpees, and fast feet for 14 minutes straight and lost the pound.
Not fun, but it’s part of the business.
