





Apologies for the pause in posts, had to take some time to really hunker down and focus on freelance client work, so i had to take a bit of a break from lifting.... but not from eating all the junk food I had around the house, though. Got some pizza to celebrate clearing some milestones a few nights ago and sat down to just veg out and dick around on games for a night, and holy SHIT the moment I put on a shirt I haven't worn in a couple years I can see I've gotten even rounder, just in the last couple weeks.... also I couldn't weight myself cause my scale is out of batteries lol, who knows what I'll find 👀
One thing's for sure, if I've lost anything from taking a break, i'm gonna be gaining it back in a hurry... 🍕
