

Grilled cheese idea to try the next time you want something a bit spicy with garlic.
Start toasting bread in a pan on low heat and add garlic alol, stone ground mustard and pepper. Spread over bread while toasted so it warms up too. I do one slice at a time, after 15 secs remove that piece and add more butter to the pan for the 2nd piece of bread to toast. On this piece, once browned on both sides leave in pan and add sharp cheddar, Colby jack, pepper jack, Italian seasoning and a little bit of pepper. Place lip over to help melt cheese for a bit. All the cheese won't be melted before you slide that pice off to re-add the first piece.
On the first piece after it is re-added to the pan you will add the pepperoncini and sweet red onions( I use the ones from a jar) and spinkle red pepper flakes on top. Put your 2nd piece of bread on top of the first in the pan and flip, then Place lid on to heat. You don't want to burn the bread. But you want a nice crisp. 😏 Serve with a cold pickle on the side
