

Day in the life. Hustled sales tonight. Can’t quite afford to buy in bulk right now. Income is from gym training & OF. What you see will last me one day. 5 food meals. One post workout shake total 6 meals each day. The mustard, bbq sauce, yogurt & olive oil will roughly last 5 days. Multiply this x 7 days = $420-$500 a week on food just from the grocery store and what I cook at home. Not including the daily protein powder carb powder creatine supplement and vitamins (omegas vitamin d multivitamins ) which i go through monthly. So spending $2000 a month on food alone not including supplements & not including the costs of gear. Bodybuilding and the muscle y’all love ain’t cheap! I'm partially posting this so you know why i ask for tips directly to me on the options that are on my instgram or twitter so i get all the funds immediately instead of 20 % taken out and a week later for them to hold on to your tip money and finally pay me here.
