I may have not been eating enough lately now that I’m working out more lol I’ve lost a lot of my body fat percentages these past few months. 🤡
Whenever I notice myself feeling more trim and learn I feel a very strong urge to weigh myself cuz I wanna know lol “Oooooo hOw ThIN am iiiii getting 🤪🤪🤪🤪” which is a bunch of bullshit and will only take me down a very dark road so I don’t do it even though there’s a scale in my mothers bedroom that I walk past every day

I do this to be strong and healthy not fucking skinny.
So I need to remember that and nourish myself so I don’t get too twiggy and lose what small piece of ass I have left 😩😩😩😩 🤣🤣🤣👏🏼
