































Todays outfit of the day 🌸
Imma be honest with y’all I woke up this morning to a pretty severe anxiety attack 😢 so I’m taking it easy today and wearing simple comfortable pjs today even though I’m going out to take Tyler to work and go get my guitar and ukulele restringed 🤣
It’s funny how quickly your mind can convince you of something that you thought was not the case just moments later! Our body can only believe what our mind tells it and when our minds are in the fight or flight mode we have convinced our body that we are being attacked and that there is danger.
Though my extreme phobia I’ve had to learn to somehow be in the midst of the anxiety inside and talk to myself as if I was trying to sooth another person, perhaps the inner childd in me. I start referring to myself in the third talking automatically which I find very fascinating!
