I wrote about all kinds of shit from songs I wrote when I was mad at my parents to songs about my imaginary boyfriend drama. Shit was fun and it came so easily

Anyways recently I’ve been writing the weirdest shit. They’re not complete songs or poems or anything it’s just a few paragraphs, If that, or strange rhymes and phrases that I’ve wrote from shirt lived sparks of “creativity”
I haven’t writtin a full song with semi quality lyrics and chords and structure in MONTHS.
It’s concerning my cerebral cortex.
My brain thinks too much when I write now. I’m too busy thinking about the next thing to say instead of feeling into it now. It’s BAD.
I need to stop writing garbage and tap back into that careless lil girl 🤣
