WOW! That’s so wild haha this is exactly the sort of stuff I’ve been feeling! It’s weird to think how easy it is to get lost in thought patterns related to things in our life that really hinder us from experiencing at all to its fullest. If we have fear related to something, even something we want more than anything, then we are separating ourselves from it.
When we sit down and ask “ what is it that I want”
The answer we have is usually a very surface symptom response to of a much deeper want / need 🤣
