I have a super wonky relationship with sleep and in the past few months my schedule has been: pass out with no warning somewhere between 8:30p and 11p, wake up at 3:30a, struggle to sleep for about an hour or two, fall back asleep, wake up between 5:30a-6:30a. During the early morning hours I typically DEEP dive YouTube, and it’s always fun to look at my history when I’m wide awake later that day. Here are a few of my favorites from my early morning antics today:
