This, can be nourishing and beautiful but also, toxic if this falls as the only focus in the reminder of the meaning of the holiday. In this weekend and holiday, we mustn’t forget to also be reminded to show love and nourishment for ourselves/ the love we have for ourselves and evolving with ourselves just as much as we care to do for another • How often do we really do that?
