I know I’ve been a bit less active recently, life has been super busy and I’ve been on and off sick as well…had a stomach flu last week in between veld and ilesoniq festivals, decided to be a trooper and do ilesoniq and now I’m pretty sure I have either strep or Covid 😂 I’m finally home though and have a break from festivals for a few weeks so I’m really looking forward to feeling 100% again and being back in the gym and back to being as active as I usually am here!
