I wasn't as consistent as I wanted to be over this last month๐Ÿ˜•. I did get my gym workouts in, but missed more of my home stuff. New month ahead though, just need to refocus and start strong. How often do you change your routine, or style of working out? Is it every few weeks? Every few months? Is there a style you like the most? Any suggestions for me? ๐Ÿ˜Š
