How often do you change your workouts? Varying reps, weight, number of sets can all help. Right now, I'm focusing on higher reps, lower weights, 4 or 5 sets per exercise. Trying to tone while adding in higher intensity unrelated cardio like situps or lunges. Halfway through the year, are you on target for your goals?
