Sometimes we start to overload ourselves with thoughts before bed - about what we haven't had time to do, what we need to do tomorrow, what's left undone. In these moments, it's important to realize that not all questions need answers right now.
Often I think about what I haven't had time to thank for during the day: for small joys, for warm moments, for people who are close to me. After all, perhaps the most important thing at the end of the day is not the decisions, but the realization that we are alive and that every moment is precious.
What do you think about before you go to bed? 🙏
