totally unrelated to the image (lol) but another fact about me is that Iโve been practicing breath work. itโs really helpful when Iโm overly stressed and canโt seem to focus on whatโs in front of me OR if iโm losing my patience (with my computer, :hide) I usually use this technique snd it helps SO much! try it out! cover the left nostril, inhale for 4 sec, exhale for 6 sec do that for 5 minutes. relax for 1 and repeat.
