I haven't any idea what variety this is but what a surprise inside! Tasty too! Beau got groceries tonight and surprised me with a new cheese to try ...I don't think I've tried anything truffle before. It was delicious!! I've also got some fine raw milk cheddar to try tomorrow 😋
