Yay, thank you for all the love yesterday regarding me coming back. And thank you so much for your patience during the break. Holidays, plus family time making it difficult to create, plus travel, plus now with significant other’s family also making it difficult to create, and besides that I have been dealing with some health issues over the past several months which have had an impact on my health on all levels, which I’ve talked about briefly. At this moment my mental and emotional health are doing better, yay! But I’m still on a journey with my body! And when all of this is an essential component to this work, it can make it more challenging.🙏🏼
I do have so many ideas and so much inspiration for 2023, and I’m going to take it with a no rush no pause energy as much as I can! And continue to also implement some changes that feel more aligned with where I am now.🥰💚✨
