Omg I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!! All my new tests are coming back great. My labs are good again, and even though they showed abnormalities in the tests in the 9th, the CT and MRIs cleared me of the worst case scenario. I do NOT have ANY form of myositis. I’m beyond over the moon ecstatic. But left wondering if it was one thing that triggered this particular horrific flare, or multiple (I have to be honest with you, I thought I was done.) I was in so much pain that I couldn’t think straight, and I have a very high pain tolerance. This might have been the worst pleurisy I’ve ever had and I didn’t know I had it until it was shockingly intolerable. I, from this day forward will be doing ONLY what is good for this body of mine.

I tried 3x yesterday to make a video to explain to you what’s happening. I make it half way through before breaking down into tears, which is happening now again as I type this. What I’m trying to get through right now is very serious, and I’m aware that with my disease that everyday is a blessing already with my Lupus/MCTD my body attack’s itself all the time. I’m used to it. However, this is bigger. Why? Because with the 3 reasons it might be happening.. none are "best case scenarios". The way I see it, the tests I need to have in this next week will determine treatment and how this is going to affect the rest of my life. I realized last month that something was wrong. I was always tired, I was having trouble going up the stairs without resting, I was having chest pains, and cramps in all my muscles, I wasn’t recovering after the gym, and back pain. I'm on day 8 of 100 days of 20mg prednisone. As of now, we know I have pleurisy on top of the other issues they are going to figure out. If you do donate, I just want you to be sure that you will be helping with medical bills and medication. And I… will be doing everything I can to make sure we can continue having the fun we do… creating the magic we do… and when I say WE, I mean you too.
