I came back from the U.S. and went to Korakuen Hall, and the next day I was recording a variety show. I am busy these days. That's something to be thankful for!

I stayed until the end, but lost.
But I was proud of myself. I felt that my experience in GCW had given me confidence.

This year is almost over.
What kind of year was 2022?
My 2022 was a year of training. Both physically and mentally.
During this year, I was actually troubled many times.
I feel like I was worrying all the time about what I want to be, how I want to fight against the world, how I want to attract people, and things like that.
That is because I went outside. I think I had been struggling with these worries because there is a completely different world outside of Tokyo Joshi. Everyone overseas is amazing. They all have something I don't have. I didn't know how to catch up. So I lost confidence more and more😂
But now I think that was a necessary worry for me to be me.
When I confided in Miyu Yamashita and Yuki Kamifuku about these worries, I felt better.
They know me better than I do. Those two people never denied me.
The path you are on now is the right one, be you, not someone else. And they both had one thing in common: I was stuck in a dark hole for about 10 months and thanks to their words, I finally got out. ☺️
Now I'm confident in being Maki Ito.
At any rate, I want to continue to fight with various people overseas next year to gain more experience.
And in Tokyo Joshi I would like to use the experience I gained overseas to explode in Japan. I want to leave some results in Japan.
I will do my best in 2023, so watch out for me!

I wrote here before that I was practicing because I couldn't do the drop kick, but I still can't do it. I can do it, but I don't want to do it yet because the form is not beautiful.
But actually, for overseas.
I started practicing German Suplex!
Today I practiced throwing a member named Miu Watanabe. Thanks Miuchan.
I thought I wouldn't be able to do it because of my weak back, but surprisingly I was able to do it. haha
I'm going to try throwing a heavier member next week.
The players who fight me are all big.
When I was a rookie, I had a wrestling fan once say to me, "Why don't you just add more moves!“
I am not a good athlete. I am short, small, can't run fast, can't jump high. Even if a person like that were to half-heartedly add more techniques, he or she would only become a bad wrestler with many techniques.
I know that I cannot become a professional wrestler who attracts people with his techniques. I know that, and I don't want to fight in that field.
I think I am a professional wrestler who can attract people with my facial expressions and hard work. Simple techniques suit me.
Head-butt, DDT, Boston crab. I want to make these three things that only Maki Ito can do better than anyone else.
This is the reason why I am not pushing myself to increase my moveset.
But somehow I thought today that German Suplex seems to go well with me. But I still need to practice!

Today I was supposed to do a shoot for Only Fans but due to some things I can't! 🤡🤡🤡
That has been changed to this Saturday. So this week's swimsuit set is scheduled for Sunday Japan time.
Oh, by the way, I didn't write anything about the Malaysia expedition.
The Malaysian expedition was fun.
I used to go to Southeast Asia for live shows when I was an idol.
It was my first time as a professional wrestler. My entrance song had already become so popular that everyone could sing it. It was also permeated that Ito-chan was the cutest in the world. I was so happy 😭
But there were some happenings. The ring at the venue was broken, the event time was delayed for 2 hours, and the card wasn’t announced beforehand 😂
In Japan, this would never happen 😂
But the people here are very friendly and we always all go out for dinner after the matches.
I like to be alone, but sometimes it's not so bad to eat together. (But I couldn't stand the smell of durian along the restaurant road)
The waitresses were kind too. I sometimes feel dry in the U.S., but the Malaysian staff seemed soft 🤣.
There are many different cultures in many different countries.
Perhaps Japanese culture is full of things that are not possible in other countries.
I would like to enjoy it and continue to travel around the world in the future.
By the way, there were many women wearing hijab. There was one who came to the venue wearing a combination of a hijab and a Makiitoh baseball jersey. When did I become so worldwide! I was so happy.

Yesterday I was sightseeing in Malaysia.
The promoter treated us to dinner.
But it was a restaurant in the middle of the road, so called local food.
There was a durian shop which was on the way to the restaurant. I got nauseous the moment I smelled it 😂😂.
It was the first time I smelled it. It was amazing. I've experienced all kinds of smelly things, but it's as strong as the stinky fish called kusaya. And I couldn't hold my breath, so I sniffed it again. I felt nauseous again and for the first time in my life I stood there because of the smell 😂.
Sorry to tell this story to those who like durian. But for the first time in my life I smelled it and my body was amazed. Please forgive me.
The food I was looking for was delicious but that durian was so strong that I don't remember anything 😂.

I just arrived in Malaysia.
It was a bit easier than my usual flight (Japan to USA).
The temperature in Malaysia is around 30° and it's raining all the time☔️.

Listen, I was very busy last weekend.
First of all, I played a game in Yokohama on Saturday afternoon.
It was my first time talking to Millie McKenzie!
I didn't have a chance to play a match with her but she was very friendly towards me. She asked me if I had any plans to go to England, but I don't at the moment 😂 so I told her I wanted to play in the progress.
She then said she would let the promoter know I wanted to go🤣🤣.
Hopefully I can make it to England next year!
After that I went back to Tokyo and did a talk show with former members of the same idol group. I didn't put this information out anywhere so you all didn't know😂
It was so much fun to get together after a long time.
It is strange that we can talk as if we had met only yesterday, even though it has been so long since we last saw each other.
I guess we all have been through a lot together and can't be easily broken🥹
After this talk show, we all went to a very expensive yakiniku restaurant. It was delicious🫠It was so expensive you could buy a whole car🤣The story after that is a secret 🌝
And then we all stayed up until the morning doing karaoke 🎤

Hey everyone. I've arrived in Japan 🇯🇵How are you?
Actually, it wasn't easy to get to Japan.
I had to change planes once to get to Japan, but the first plane I was supposed to take was already delayed until it was time to change planes!
This was the first time I had ever come to the US alone and had such a delay.
But I tried my best to tell the staff.
Then they were very accommodating and helped me 😭
I had to go back to get my suitcase, move to a different terminal, and learning to hear and remember the location in English wasn't easy for me, but I did it!
I'm proud of myself for being able to get through all that trouble alone 😆
I am very grateful to the staff who eventually changed my flight to a direct flight to Tokyo without any transfers. ☺️Star Alliance is a great company!
