I was laboring upstairs in my house when I could tell it was getting close to pushing time. So I started heading downstairs to my pool for my water birth, but halfway down the stairs my baby started crowning!😅 I sat down and my midwife said, “You can have your baby here if you want Nikole”, and I was like hell no, get me in the pool! So I got back up and hurried to the pool where I got in and gave birth to my baby.😅🥰 Ever since then, I’ve looked at stairs differently😆 P.S. I’ve stopped drinking coffee🙈 I’ve never been a coffee drinker but enjoyed a latte now and then over the years. But then over the past year, I started drinking lattes every morning which were DELICIOUS… but also made me increasingly tired and gassy😅🙈 So finally, one weekend at a shoot, I decided to not drink any because I didn’t want to be gassy at my shoot🙈 and I totally crashed that night at 7pm from not having the caffeine. But then I woke up feeling like a million bucks and I knew I was done! (Mostly😅) Now I drink maybe 1-2 lattes a week and only in the afternoon and I no longer get gassy or get super tired. So yay!!! What about you? Are you a coffee drinker, tea drinker, water, or something else?
