Here are some pics of me from a couple of minutes ago ☺️ So I must say, I started going the gym today and I’m sore afff. I felt the need to share this because once it’s out there, I have to stick with it. I’m absolutely excited to get back into the swing of it. Going to the gym for me definitely has some very vain reasons tied to it, but when you’re constantly challenging yourself to do better, lift heavier, increase reps, you develop some serious mental fortitude as a result. What I love most about it is that it spills over into many different aspects of your life. When I work out, I’m far more intentional about the ish I do and I’m all the way here for it. - Love Zuri 🌹
