I haven’t posted a practice video for a while. Here is some of my deep neck stretching practice and the subsequent counter stretches. I‘m thinking of continuing my research project with the counter stretches soon. I think I can use my new butt plug in these positions too 👍 Enjoy your day 😘

Headstand or Sirsasana is called the king of asanas because it’s one of the most important asanas in yoga. It revitalizes the entire body and stimulates the mind. Practicing it also stimulates the pituitary and pineal glands in the brain, which are responsible for growth and sex hormones. I can comfortably hang out in headstand for around 30 mins, so I picked it as the next subject of my project. Since this asana is so stimulating, I decided on also using my butt plug to intensify the vibrations in my pelvic area. I had to use the smaller one tho because the new one is fairly heavy and felt uncomfortable in headstand. The sensations that the vibrations caused in my body are impossible to describe 😩 I’ve managed to climax a few times without even touching myself and every time I did, I lost my balance and fell out of the pose 😆 When I’ve learned to keep my balance, I’ll post a video for you 😉 One word of caution: I’m an experienced yoga practitioner and I know how to handle this. It takes years of practice and strong focus to do this safely. Please don’t try this alone at home unless you’ve had years of headstand practice. Thanks 😘
