Well this is the last of my day before bed of course.
Hit the gym (back today) and some posing practice- really I was just flowing and trying to hit some poses to see where my body naturally lands. I have to change my posing routine this year so I was just messing around to see what looks decent then go from there. Then I come home and have my post workout meal /dinner. Tonight I had a couple bites of diet ice cream (which is actually really good) because my dog chewed up her whole bed.

More BTS: after work I strip down out of my uncomfortable work clothes and slip in to something more comfortable. I will then check my socials and catch up on any new notifications/ messages. Then I’ll have my next meal for the day. Today I totally cheated, and ate 1/4 of a cookie. I’ll have to put in 10 extra minutes of cardio for that but it was worth it!
