You will almost certainly feel a stretch in the front glute (since that's what this pose is aiming to stretch π), but you might also feel it in your back hip flexor.

Seated postures don't get enough credit! They key to Marichyasana is to close the shoulder joint before reaching back around the leg. It requires some flexibility, but it's a really interesting shape π€©
