I think that's why I gain and lose so much. This time i’m going to be really detailed about my journey to getting back down to 170 i’m 220 now 😩 the ladies always ask me and I really want to help. I found the key is nutrition! Once I starve my body and then give it nothing but nutrition the pounds fall off. My energy is off the meter and I feel great!! It’s just getting my lazy ass up and to it 😒 maybe I should open a gym and start using my training lic. It would definitely keep me from falling off 🤔
