Following on from a convo with one of you beautiful hoomans regarding desires to find their way back to healthier habits. 🌿
A key point for me introducing healthy habits again when I “fall off the train” is actually firstly to be so fucking gentle with myself, cause usually hopping off that train came with some heavy shit that I journey’d thru. andddddd also reminding myself that life is not linear, that I’m gonna constantly be fluctuating in where my attention is directed & that’s OK!
So when recognising that I wanna introduce some good shit back into my world- I really try to make them playful and start super duper small. 🌟I acknowledge that MY way of doing it doesn't have to make sense to ANYone except me! 🤪🤘 ahah so some mornings I'd put headphones on with affirmations 🎶 and go for a run/dance on the beach and thatttt helped me shake the sillies out/get out of my head and move my body! or doing yoga naked on my balcony because it makes it more fun and sensual, and literallyyyyy only starting with a tiny 3-5minute flow... that I created myself/ from a video I saved off insta/YouTube. Sometimes it’s playing the keyboard for a couple minutes/learning the same song over & over 🎹. just little commitments to self. and falling in love with the feeling of CHOOSING to do good things for myself- even thru discomfort (like cold showers/sitting in meditation when I really don't wanna ect) knowing that it’s for my highest good! 🙏 #badass 😎👅
