I can't even begin to tell you how healing it is, for my soul, to be naked outside.
I wish I could do it every day, honestly.
Growing up, I was told that my body was supposed to be hidden at all times and that I should be ashamed of my breasts, thighs, stomach, and butt.
For years I believed that I would never see myself naked anywhere but the shower!
It has taken me years to overcome the guilt and judgment, but now I celebrate my naked body.
I allow myslef to soak up the sun and go skinny dipping.
I can't imagine I'll ever go back to being a mostly clothed individual.
