I'm so proud about the way this analog self-portrait came out. I love the little bits of dust that are getting stuck on the tiny hairs on my body. Also with the image being so harp that you can see every pore... It's marvelous hehe 😊

Such a fun playful setup with these little mirrors. It was actually incredibly hard to make it work in an interesting way, if I'm honest. Getting enough body parts visible in the mirrors so that there's some coherency was a challenge haha

I just realized with much surprise, that I have completely forgotten to share this wonderful set of analog photos back from when Maud was visiting us in September. A little bit more from posing together with Emma 🙂 The photographer shot almost all the photos on analog film and I can not wait to see them soon, when he gets them developed. I haven't been doing many selfportraits lately and especially not on film but yesterday really inspired me again to pick up my camera and take some time for myself in this way ❤️

You might remember from a few months ago that I had both Emma and Maud staying with me in Spain. We went on a lot of adventures during that time but one that I still hold very dear is when we went to a gorge in the mountains, that had a river flowing through it and high cliff walls on either sides, with little waterfalls and hanging Vines... It's a place that feels quite surreal and as if it's out of a movie. We posed there a lot and I already once shared a small set of images of me and Emma posing there on either side of a little waterfalls, like two little gargoyles. Now I would like to share another big photoset of all three of us there. It contains a good mix of each of us solo and also us posing together in duos and all three as well. It was all shot on analog film, hence the graininess of it all I think i have about 25 more images from this so tip this however much you like and I will send you images accordingly 😉

Find me on the edge of the world... It took us 3 hours to hike up to this mountain in the middle of the desert and the views were so worth it! Of course then I also couldn't resist to take a whole bunch of pictures... I love how it looks like the rock that I am on is just kind of floating in space. And I also love that you can see from my hair how super windy it was. That kind of wind can be a little scary when you're posing next to the edge but at the same time it always makes me feel really alive to feel the power and intensity of it I have a whole photo set of 27 images, mostly black and white but also some in color of me posing here on this edge. Yesterday i shared a set of me rolling in the sand and this is the matching counterpart of washing off that sand again. I had to be a bit careful because there were a lot of jelly fish in the water this day and I couldn't go in that very, because I didn't want to get stung... But still so nice and refreshing, when the water is so cool in the winter now

A big photo set of me rolling in the sand and making shapes with my moving body parts. This made me think so much of those artists that lie down or dance on top of their canvases and paint in such a way, i felt like I was doing the same thing in the sand, but somehow more fleetingly, only to be enjoyed in the present moment... I had a lot of fun doing it. It felt very freeing to just move and feel the sand, see what movements i could do to create patterns in the sand etc. I definitely recommend trying it. It's like an extended snowangle i suppose haha Tomorrow I'll share a set of me washing all the sand off again in the water

And I actually have to say this is one of the moments where I deeply appreciate, that I am not a skinny girl and how warm I am also kept by my curves in these winter times. Usually I can stay comfortable in the water way longer than my friends because of this. And I can't think of a better reason to love your curves, than getting to go snorkeling even in winter time.

2022-12-28 08:42:08 +0000 UTC View PostI had intended to film an entire little vlog for you guys and i actually recorded quite a bit of stuff, from hiking into the desert, having to cross a river that spontaneously appeared because it's been raining lately, setting up my camera and explaining what I wanted to shoot. But then somehow all my inspiration kind of left me and I got pretty frustrated, not feeling like I was able to create what I had had in mind and feeling a little stressed because I had very little time to shoot out there because I had an appointment to get to later on. And in the end I didn't really manage to get any interesting footage of me posing and such and decided to scrap the whole thing. So here is just a tiny snippet of the moment where I decided it was no use and I should simply enjoy the nice weather. I had laid down for the photo and then it just felt so nice to actually just be there for a moment and *feel* Anyway... I'll try again soon. It's not like the desert is going anywhere.

Again this is a little random, but so many of you have expressed how much you enjoy seeing me, just in normal little moments of my life, that I figured you'd probably love this little random moment too, even though it doesn't have much to do with my photography... 🤷♀️😊 Although I was actually getting ready here so I could photograph some of the knitwear pieces I made recently. Normally I'd be listening to music while doing this but my phone always stops the music when I'm filming a video 🙄

Here I was trying to explore some movements with this tree. Moving freely like this actually often helps me find some inspiration for photographs I'd like to do. Especially when I feel uncreative it can be like a little reset This video is just a little snippet that I thought was really cool. We both got naked because I wanted to take selfportraits together and also ended up photographing each other and we must have hung out like that there for at least an hour. I feel so grateful to be living in a place where this is possible and where I can be in places where I won't encounter another soul and also even if someone would see me, despite some possible awkwardness, I would not have to be scared of any serious consequences for being nude outdoors... My freedom and all this time I have for creating art is my most precious gift in life.
