The GP changed my pain medication since this CRPS flare up has me unable to walk, and it's quite a strong one 😅 I've been so nauseous for the last week and sleeping non stop I haven't been as active as I would like to be because this flare up has absolutely annihilated me, and zapped every ounce of energy I have. I'm sorry I'm such a mess recently, I do have some brilliant things in the works, but I just haven't got around to editing them yet. Please bear with me whilst this chaos continues, the UK is going back into another lockdown, and I think we're all mentally struggling a bit more than usual. be kind to yourself ❤
