Love my chickens 🐓 There’s an avian flu outbreak in the UK so I’ve spent the afternoon making them an enclosure! Bit sad because they’re used to being free range! At least I’ll burn off a few less carbs now I don’t have to run around catching them all the time 🙈 (Excuse my messy yard!)

This is my belly in the morning. She’s empty and hungry ☹️ Throughout the day she gets bigger and bigger and more and more full up with food! By the end of the day she’s a lot rounder and happier than this sad hungry belly. Feed the belly. Make her happy.
