How do you find meaning in life? I honestly let go of 99% of things that pissed me off and 99% of my regrets because of this realisation about how we're all going to die anyway and nothing we do will matter. I ask this question all the time and people usually say something like 'think about the people you leave behind' or 'you can leave a mark for the future of mankind' but bro, honestly, I'm gonna die, you're gonna die, all humans are gonna die (if not before the earth ends, probably because of some nukes). The secret to posing for a very moody shot is to think about something that makes you extremely depressed or attempting to solve a problem in your head (I look moody asf when I'm thinking). In this case, I was thinking about I was part of this course called "Rainbow Reading" in primary school for kids with learning disabilities or kids that straight up just suck at English reading, writing and speaking (like myself). Kinda sad because I remember how disappointed my mum was and she always pushed me to read a lot. Now, I love reading :D (thankfully negative association didn't kick in). Fast forward, I just zoomed my way up to English Extension (highest course of English) in highschool. It was probably just luck (because I swear, marking English assignments is so subjective lol) but I thought I was the king at the time honestly hehe. Objectively, I still suck at writing but I think my speaking/reading skills are passable (I hope).

So I was chatting to @sarinasong about the struggles of dating as a SWer. And we both came to the conclusion that revealing you're a SWer can often make your relationship go south. We both experience this thing where you reveal you're a SWer (super early in the relationship) and guys/girls either: - focus the conversation only on your job - ask weird questions they wouldn't ask anybody else (like how much do you earn, etc) - get super insecure and jealous, etc We both agreed we like people who don't focus too much attention or care too much about our jobs. But the most whacko part is that we also came to the conclusion that if a guy doesn't care about your job, he also probably doesn't care about you. Archives of yesterday night. ☺️💕 I actually secretly tried to retire from SW at the end of last year during the crypto boom, but came back after 2 months because my self control is close to 0. I find that I'm very sensitive to a lot of things especially recently. I have been dealing with a lot of stress at work. I have been navigating through other new situations I've never dealt with before. And also, trying to find the right balance between SW, OnlyFans, my day job and spending time with my partner. I feel like I never have enough time, and find it difficult to say no to new opportunities as they arise. I end up in situations where I feel too overwhelmed with how much I have going on in life because I'm too afraid that these opportunities won't be around forever. Even for SW, I won't be pretty and hot forever so I should smash it out while I can right? Or even for OnlyFans, the market is becoming more and more saturated everyday so I should capitalise on it while I can! Or for my day job, I may never receive an offer or position like this again so I should take it?!?!? But then I had this epic realisation today that we create our own opportunities. And a lot of the opportunities I have today only exist because I turned down other opportunities. So what is there to be afraid of? Side note, I would never date a 20 year old. I was invited to New York for something work-related (lol not for SW, where are my FMTY clients??). I'm like cheap asf so my work always pays for business, but I always end up pocketing some money and flying economy instead. :') Cuz why not, it's not like anybody's gonna stop me lolll. Anyway, I decided to invite my mum to New York with me, all expenses paid of course. She lives in Perth which had one of the toughest lockdowns ever so she was really excited to go. My mum is super extroverted, loves talking and being around people and is easily excited. I absolutely love my mum, but I've always struggled with being around her for extended periods of time. I think where I went wrong was pushing my own personal boundaries to accomodate for her. The 30 hour+ plane flights and layovers, sharing a hotel room and just in general being around each other 24/7 was extremely overwhelming. But I'm glad I had this experience because I've learnt so much about myself. Like 1) ummm book a separate hotel room 2) communicate better with my mum about what my needs are and find a compromise. Anyway tough stuff. I'm a super open-minded person but I don't like to be too open about my feelings, needs, wants, etc. It's just not something I'm very comfortable talking about. :)
