I never pose with my glasses but this photographer specifically told me to keep them on (lol first time ever). ~ Also I’m going to be shooting with @redstreaker again on Monday so stay tuned. ❣️ I will be cutting back on touring after June and will probably only fly frequently to Melbourne and Perth (hoooome). My friends are starting to tour as well so I might follow wherever they go. :) I was touring non-stop to try get another property under my wing and it seems like I’m closer to my goal than expected already!

I’m visiting canberra 21-23 may. Excited to reconnect with a high-school friend who I haven’t seen in two years ^^. We were in different friend groups & were studying different subjects but stayed in touch through text. I went back to Perth and spoke to my (ex) closest high-school girlfriends in March & it was disastrous. They were extremely shallow and couldn’t hold a conversation unrelated to money, boys & drama. We had dinner & I left at around the 25 minute mark when they started interrogating my partner’s income & both told me “you have to pay the bill because you’re the richest.” Huge assumption because I didn’t answer any of their income questions. :)? They ended up leaving with me and both of them walked ahead of me to the uber (so passive aggressive). 😗🤡

I’ve been contemplating for the longest time about making an age minimum (like no below 20s). I think my age attracts younger clients (which is fine), but... 1) I feel awkward as hell having to ask for their ID. A lot of younger clientele have found this insulting and have asked for my ID as well. < Which I obviously cannot do for privacy/safety concerns which is very unfair because I’m asking the same from them. // 2) Seeing a SW for the first time can be nerve-wrecking and I don’t want anybody to go through with a booking ‘just because’ they already paid a deposit, regret the heavy investment (like 700AUD in university is a lot of money for most man!) or regret giving away their virginity. // 3) tend to get cold feet, don’t know their own boundaries, get crazy paranoid about STIs. The only thing holding me back? I shouldn’t generalise an entire age-bracket. I’ve had some wonderful younger clients but they tend to bring me a lot of stress! Anyway I;m just rambling, happy tuesday everybody!

Idk if I think too much but I want to be able to prioritise my regulars over new clientele while touring. I feel sad when I can’t make time for my regulars. But I also think that reaching out to them before I advertise tours may be seen as: - desperate - me hustling them - they might feel pressured to say yes because it’s hard to say no sometimes and obviously the other troubles like it could break discretion/privacy. Ultimately, I’ve decided to just advertise my tours and it’s kind of first come-first serve. But I’m all about building relationships and I feel like I’m sabotaging my own business by doing this lol! Some clients specifically ask me ‘hey let me know when you’re back in sydney’ but I still feel weird because what if they changed their minds? 🤔 thoughts? 🙂
