During my stay at the mental health house I’ve learned a lot about negative thought patterns. I’ve been given lots of new tools and techniques to work with. I’m also very close to getting ADHD support so that’s good.

It feels very good to be proactive about my mental health. Self compassion is important. ❤️

You may have noticed I’ve not been posting.

Fear not! I am alive and well.

In fact, I am at a wellness house working on my mental health. It is true that a psych team insisted I come here. And maybe they call this place a ‘crisis house.’ And it is true I’m struggling with some issues that have arisen in my sobriety.

BUT! I feel this is a positive step and not a negative one. During my stay I am looking at how to manage my mental health holistically, which I was already doing, but it was felt that it best I am monitored for the time being.

My care team has strongly recommended I don’t work during my stay here. Truthfully I think it is for the best too, but being self employed I don’t get sick pay. And because I’m not a massive creator I don’t have savings to fall back on.

(Don’t worry, I’m not setting up a go fund me or whatever)

I ask that you simply stick with me! Your support means the world to me. I wish to truly relax and immerse myself in this experience which means being away for a time but I promise to return.

I’m trying to treat this as a holiday but truthfully it feels anything but. It’s difficult. It’s sobering. It’s triggering. But you know what else it is? Necessary.

Of course if you can send tips I’d be more than grateful. I’m behind on rent and although I’m working on not being ashamed about all this, I feel fear and anxiety.

Gah. Emotional post but I found it prudent to share. Thank you for being part of my life and journey. Thank you for experiencing me as a human being and not just as a porn creator. Thank you for being in my lil world.
