In this house we don’t skip leg day. I could be all coy and pretend that I eat pizza every meal and look like this, but my body is a result of a deliberate diet and exercise regime. I skate several times a week, and I eat a high protein, low-to-moderate carb diet. High protein because I’m building and maintaining lean muscle, and also due to the thermic effect of food, you burn 20-30% of protein just digesting and breaking it down. The abs are made not from exercise, but simply from stripping the visceral fat from that area :)

The best shot is the one from behind with me sitting on my heels (undersoles of my feet are clearly shown). I think this set is amazing value for money. You'll see the most, for the least. Zero suit Samus set! I've been wanting to shoot this properly for AGES, and I found some cool graffiti'd walls that I thought went really well with the vibe of Metroid. This set includes Samus in various states of dress and undress :P You will see abs, back, handbra, g-string in a bunch of different poses. This is a foot focused video. I’m in gym shorts and a sports bra, playing with my bare feet, pointing and flexing them, sometimes wiggling them. Most of the time you’ll only see the bottom half of me, the feet are the central focus. You’ll see feet in various poses, tops, soles, and side view. Skating is seriously one of the best things you can do for butt and leg toning :p I always wear my pink hotpants, they’re my lucky charm!
