Hey I wanted to give you all an update I’m feeling okay my mouth hurts a lot…. One of my wisdom teeth was being difficult and didn’t wanna come out for the dentist so my left side of my mouth hurts more but the other side came out right away when he pulled the numbness has gone away my face is a lil swollen been in and out of sleep all day and been keeping a ice pack on my face. But I should be good as new in a week.

I think I have a knot in my back like in my muscle and it hurts to take a deep breath and lay on my side I’ve tried icy hot patches and bio freeze idk if it’s from tension or what… does anybody have any suggestions? Like a heating pad or something or will it just go away?
