How to Get A Monster Dick: Day 004 1. Warm Up: 3 minute hot rag warm up. Tightly tuck the hot rag around your dick to ensure that the heat can pernitrate the soft tissue. How To Get A Monster Dick Day: 003 1. Hot rag warm-up ( 3 minutes): While performing this routine warm-up, place your other finger at the midpoint of your dick. For example, put your finger on the right side of your dick at the center of your shaft, then bend your dick to the right side towards your finger. This will allow the tissue on the opposite side of your dick to stretch. Hold that position for twenty seconds. Three types of Kegels and How to Utilize Them (2-5-21) BLOG: Hey, kings, did you know there are three different types of Kegels that you can do? And that they target various aspects of PE. How to do Kegels, and what do they help you with? Kegels are a great way and, in my opinion, are the best way to help with your erection quality and prevent premature ejaculation. The reason being is that when you're doing a kegel, you're flexing your PC muscle. This muscle is located behind your balls and in between your butt. And this muscle is potent when it comes to your sexual health and growing in terms of doing PE. The best way to find your PC muscle is to use the rest-room, try and stop the urine flow. If it stops, then you've found the muscle. Now, as a quick disclaimer, do not stop your urine flow often because it puts stress on your bladder. Regular Kegels: A regular kegel is done without an erection, and it mainly focuses on your PC muscle. When doing a regular Kegel, you can do them comfortably while you're driving, at the office, or in any other calm setting where you're sitting. Just be aware that an erection can result from kegeling, so you best make sure that if that happens, it won't result in embarrassment. When it comes to a Regular Kegel, I like to do them at a faster pace compared to the other Kegels. For example, when I flex my PC muscle and relax it, I do it at a quicker counting pace. I do this until I've reached one hundred Kegels, and then I rest for a few moments, and then I do another hundred. Within a day, I do a minimum of five hundred. At first, that can seem like a lot, but once you've built a healthy muscle, that will be way too easy to complete in less than two hours. This form of kegeling from my experience has made my PC muscle bigger due to a pumping effect. It seems similar to the type of pump you can experience at the gym when your muscles look and feel enlarged. Erect Kegels: These Kegels are great for building harder and longer-lasting erections. They also help by "pumping" the chambers in your dick, which can over time, help with girth as you expand. I also like to do erect Kegels when using a vacuum pump because it encourages more significant expansion while pumping. When doing an erect kegel, I could go at a much slower rate to ensure that my dick gets as engored as it can, and it creates a tighter squeeze on my PC muscle. Over time I've noticed that this has allowed me to stay hard after ejaculation or even when I'm exhausted from sexual activity. I have had moments after my second or third round of sex that my dick is still hard, or it's still hard enough for continued penetration even if I don't feel like continuing to have sex. When counting, I use the "one Mississippi, two, Mississippi" method. Edging and Kegels: This form of kegeling is my ultimate favorite because it tests your ability to keep challenging and hold back before you reach the "point of no return." When I do these types of Kegels, I like to watch my favorite porn video, the kind of video we all have when you want a quick rub out before bed. This ensures that I'm as aroused as possible. Edging means that you're stimulating yourself as if you're masturbating. And when I edge, I like to do it as slow as I possibly can at first for maybe four hundred Kegels. Then after four hundred, I quicken the pace as if I'm having vigorous sex. When I feel myself reaching the "point of no return," I stop edging and continue to kegel. When I first started edging and kegeling, I sometimes would cum even when I stopped stimulating myself. But when I implemented the other forms of kegeling before adding edging to it. I was able to hold back much easier, and I can maintain an erection minutes past ejaculation. And on top of that, my "recovery" time between sex has drastically reduced, allowing me to get hard and get back under the covers again with the misses. When kegeling, I count extremely slow to allow the fullest "pump" possible. (1...2...3...4). Over time this will enable you to keep going once you've ejaculated, even it was premature. I won't lie, there have been a few times where I was a bit too excited, and I came early. But luckily, I was able not to skip a beat and keep going as if nothing has happened. As a side note to doing these kegel methods: I'm not sure if it's related or not, but there have been a few times where after I've cu I feel a bit too sensitive to keep going. It could be the fact that my wife likes for me to wear a vibrating dick ring for her pleasure when we have sex. Or something else, I'm not sure. Also, while this has not happened to me, there is a chance you could overdo your kegel routines, and your PC muscle can 'lock up.' Meaning that the muscle gets too tight, similar to a leg cramp. It will go down once you've relaxed. But I have yet to experience something like this; within two hours I have done almost 2,000 Kegels that rotated between erect, non-erect, and edging.

Bathmate Hydromax 9 (2-5-21) BLOG: Why I chose the HydroMax9: We've all seen and heard the hype behind the HydroMax pump series, whether it's being talked about on a forum or some guy on Pornhub. And this piqued my interest because the concept behind the HydroMax makes perfect sense. I always preach to you guys that staying warm is key to growth, preventing injury, and allowing for more significant expansion. Especially when you're using a vacuum pump, but I have a few problems with the pump. The Size: The number on the pump model indicates the size of your erection, and since the numbers increase by odd increments of; 7,9 and 11. I figured since I'm a bit over eight inches erect, the nine-inch pump would be sufficient. But from my initial use, the pump seems to be way too big to allow proper use. But this seems to be due to the pump's bellows, which is the accordion-like rubber. Regarding the pump's bellows, I'm not sure if mine is defective because they're way too stiff. So stiff that while using the pump, I got a cramp from trying to use it because it required so much force to get it to compress. Don't let that deter you from testing it yourself because I feel that over time the rubber will become softer. And that will make the pump much easier to use. I find it funny that the bellows are so long that it makes me look small inside the pump until it's compressed. The Pump Cylinder: In my opinion, the cylinder's circumference is a bit much. Granted, the pump's cubic space is also taken up by water, which, when that water is expelled it creates the vacuum. But I feel that if the pump were a little bit smaller girth wise, it would be easier to manage and handle. When you're using it in the shower, the water makes the cylinder a bit slick, making it hard to manage. If they were to include small groves on the cylinder for your fingers to fit on, I feel that it would make it easier to handle. Also, once the water is added to the cylinder, it makes it rather heavy. The plastic of the cylinder feels pretty damn strong, but I feel like after a few drops when you're standing in the shower could spell disaster. The chamfer is the rubber insert with a plastic tubing that goes back into the pump after the water is added. I found it easier to use the pump with that removed because it l made it too difficult to get the even proper motion when the bellows were engaged. If you don't compress the bellows entirely, it will cause the valve mechanism to lock, and the water will not fully expel. But that's a simple fix of just reopening the valve and continuing. Potential Injury: When I was able to get proper compression the suction of the HydroMax was pretty damn impressive. It was better than I ever expected, but I see this as a potential problem. The reason being is that I would like a PSI reading of exactly how much vacuum is being created. This would make it easy to over pump and cause injury rather quickly if you were to get carried away. My Final Thoughts: So after reading all of that, the Bathmate appears not to be worth the money, right? Well, not exactly! I see this pump as a possible learning curve that I will have to overcome and master. The concept behind the pump makes total sense, and I can honestly see this being a game-changer when I combine it with my current routines. I will look at a few tutorials to ensure that somehow I didn't mess it up when I was using it. But the directions seem very straight forward, and the operating concept is straightforward, almost full proof. My only issue is that I think if my bellows were softer and easier to use, my first experience would have been better. All in all, I hope to master this pump because I think it will become a fantastic tool for girth growth. I will keep you all updated, of course!

Bathmate Review Day Two (2-6-21): This morning I did ten minutes with hot water and two minutes of massage and rested between sessions. I still find that the bellows are too stiff when using the pump, but it's rather amusing to see how quickly it pumps you up. And I also enjoy the distortion it causes when you pump because it makes your dick look like it's ten inches around. But in all seriousness, I will be giving the Bathmate a 14-day trial every single day, and I will be keeping you all up to date. Using hot water with this pump feels fantastic, and it allows for easy and rapid expansion. When you're using an air pump, you have to increase the psi slowly, or else you will cause fluid build-up. And possibly too much stress on your dick if you're not properly warmed up and if you don't keep that warmth consistent. This simple reason is why I'm not giving up on the Bathmate quite yet. I can see this being a great tool, but first, it needs to prove itself.

"How Long Will It Take?" (Blog): "How long will it take?" It is the most common question I get, and it's to the point that I've been copying and pasting m response. But here's the thing, this will never be a quick thing, and anyone who promises you otherwise is full of shit. Think of PE the same way you would think about losing weight or gaining muscle. It takes time, everyone is different, and everyone's body responds differently. It also depends on; your recovery, routine type, proper warm up and, of course, safety. PE should be treated with the mindset that every time you do it, you're getting closer and closer to your goal. If you only go to the gym once a week, but you get a Big Mac every day, then don't complain you weren't beach body ready when summer comes around. It's the same concept! And my thing is. Does it matter if it takes a week, month, or even a year for you to accomplish your goal? I know for a fact that compared to when I first started recording videos to now, there is a difference in my weight and my size. It's been a slow process, but there has been progress. So from now on, my question to people who ask me, "how long will it take?" Will be, "how much time are you willing to give it?" I guess this blog was more of a rant than anything else, but it needed to be said. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

It's Time to Work on Girth! (2-10-21): Note: In this routine, a pump will be used, but it won't be needed if you don't have one, but a good majority of my followers appear to have one. If you do not have one, I highly recommend that you get one with a pressure gauge to be safe and accurate with your pumping. 1. Hot Rag Warm Up with Stretches (2 min): Use a hot rag to heat the tissue of your dick. Keep it warm for two minutes. After the warm-up, make an "okay" grip under your glans and gently stretch your dick and hold it for 15 seconds. (NOTE): You are not pulling your dick; you're stretching it, there should be no discomfort, and you should feel the lite stretch throughout your shaft and not the base of your dick) After doing the stretch, apply the hot rag again for three minutes. 2. Milking The Pump (5 min): Slowly pump to five psi and keep that pressure for no longer than five minutes. When you've achieved the five psi, begin jelqing the pump from base to a little past the length of your penis inside the pump. (NOTE): This may seem weird to do, but the purpose of it is to allow fresh oxygen to move past the flange of your pump. And for 'old' oxygen to escape. If, for whatever reason, you lose pressure while doing this. You might need to cut down any pubic hair because it's getting in the way of creating a proper seal.) 2. Uli Hold Jelq (25x): With one hand, make an 'ok' grip around the base of your dick and gently hold it there. This will act almost like a soft dick ring. And do twenty-five slow jelqs. (NOTE): When jelqing after using the pump, your dick should feel thick and full; you will feel that throughout the routine. Be sure to not over pump because it can be tempting with this feeling, and I've done it.) 3. Hot Rag Warm Up with Kegels (2 min): Two-minute hot rag warm-up. While doing the warm-up slowly, kegel, try to complete a minimum of forty Kegels for each minute. NOTE): Doing this will allow your dick to stay pumped up and this and it will keep pushing pressure into your dick to maintain the "pump" effect. 4. Milking the Pump with Kegels (4 min): Just like before, pump your dick to five psi and hold the pressure there. Once again, 'milk' the pump to allow fresh oxygen into the pump. And while you're milking the pump, try and complete a minimum of forty Kegels per minute. 5. Uli Hold Jelq (25x): With one hand, make an 'ok' grip around the base of your dick and gently hold it there. This will act almost like a soft dick ring. And do twenty-five slow jelqs. 6. Erect Kegels with Edging: Challenge time! Get hard, turn on your favorite porn video and begin edging but...DO...NOT...CUM. While edging, perform as many Kegels as you can within a minute. Do this for a minimum of two minutes as long as you do not cum. If you feel the urge starting to build up, I want you to stop and write down your time somewhere that's easily accessible. This will be your tracker to help build up your stamina so you can see your progress. "What's Edging?" Edging is simply a way for you to build up stamina by keeping yourself calm while jerking off. I always get asked about my growth and progress when it comes to PE. And I feel that words don't do it justice in comparison to what you see visually. UPDATE (3/5/21): Regarding my Twitter post, I haven't given up on PE. For a while, it's just been hard getting off of work at 2 am, not being able to sleep until four or five am. Then sleeping until an hour or two until I have to go back to work. I will still write out the routines and such and then make videos when I have the chance. I just had a schedule change that has me working better hours. At the same time, it will be 60 hours a week. I don't have an issue with waking up at 2 am because I'm an 'early bird' type. And my off days are Monday and Wednesday. And I believe the latest I get off work now will be 9 pm. Once I get my new schedule in black and white, that should give me a better idea. I've thought about making videos in advance, but even though I'm more seasoned when it comes to PE, you never want to overdo it. I will keep you all updated!

My "Issue" With Getting Bigger (3/10/21): I've decided to go really 'hardcore' when it comes to the keto diet and doing OMAD, which stands for one meal a day. Reason being is that when I started this journey I was a whopping three hundred and sixty pounds of pure McDonald's beef. And while I do enjoy working out, I know good and damn well this isn't all muscle by any means. But one issue that I've come across is that the smaller I get, the bigger my dick gets. Or so it appears. One secret tip to getting a bigger penis is to lose weight, because doing such does a few things for you. One, it reoves the fat accumulation around your dick which makes more of it 'come out of hiding.' Two, losing belly fat lowers the estrogen levels in men and boosts testosterone, the better your natural testosterone, the better your flow and erection quality. Which can make you bigger because you're 'unlocking' a higher amount of circulation. How this relates to me is that once I've lost as much weight as I can, and hopefully the accumulation will be gone. I want to use those Clone A Willy kits so that I can get the most accurate measurment as possible. My biggest fear is being 'called out' or to seem misleading to anyone due to my size after weight loss. There is a lot of skeptisim around PE, which is a good thing because I want you all to challenge everything you see. For example, I did a lite pump and jelq routine and in this video I am a relaxing and limp. I will be posting that routine as well. I'm giving myself six months to lose sixty pounds so I will be posting my naturally gained results for every ten pounds I lose. Mini Routine - Jelqing and Pumping Session (3/10/21): 1. 5 Min Pump: Using the Bathmate with hot water, I did a lite pumping session of six full pumps and rested inside of the pump for five minutes. 2. Two minute rest with a hot rag. 3. 25 Jelqs (two minute rest) 25 uli hold jelqs. 4. 5 Min Pump with the Bathmate. Note: I used the Bathmate Hydromax 9 in this routine, but that is not needed as long as you keep your pump warm. This post has zero affiliation with the Bathmate's products or company. In fact I need to buy a different one because this one doesn't work that well for me. Sometimes if I want to really push the limits of my wife I will do this routine before sex, with either an air pump or the Bathmate. That way I get a quick girth increase when I use the dick ring.

And one thing that I found helpful with my PE adventures was to jelq in the opposite direction of said curve. There can be different types of curves, but my curve seemed to have a 'pinch' in it. Increasing Girth Without A Pump (3-16-21): 1. Hot Rag Warm Up with Kegels: For this warm-up, perform as many Kegels as you can in four minutes while doing a hot rag warm-up. This will not only keep the tissue limber but will also help with the expansion of your shaft. I found that my girth gains during the session were more noticeable when I did this rather than doing a regular warm-up. 2. Uli Hold Jelq & Regular Jelq (5x5x5x5x5): After your hot rag warm-up, you will start with a uli hold jelq by gripping the base of your shaft with one hand and jelqing with the other for five strokes. And then you will alternate to doing a regular jelq. By alternating to a regular jelq, this will allow for a fresh flow of oxygen. Alternate between the two five times per set until you have completed twenty-five total reps. Example: 5 Uli Hold Jelqs, 5 Regular Jelqs, 5 Uli Hold Jelqs, 5 Regular Jelqs, etc. 3. Hot Rag Warm Up With Kegels: (4 minutes) 4. Repeat the Uli Hold Jelqs and Regular Jelq Routine. Note: Repeat this routine until you've completed seventy-five total jelqs. If you have a clamp device or a dick ring that is NOT too tight. Wear that for a few minutes without exceeding ten minutes. If not performing a Uli Hold for the same amount of time should have the same effect. While performing PE, that targets girth is do-able without a pump. In my opinion, a penis pump amps up the routine.

FAQ: @everyone 1. How big where you when you started? A: I was 6.75 inches and I'm almost 7.75 - 8 inches now when fully erect 2. How many times should I jelq? A: From my personal experience I recommend no more than three times a week with a minimum of one day of rest in between. For example; Monday (PE), Tuesday (rest), Wednesday (PE), Thursday (rest), Friday (PE), Saturday (rest). Sometimes on my extra day off I will do a lite pumping session. With that being said if you're following my new content the PE sessions will change. For example instead of just jelqing there will be a mixture of jelqing, pumping and other types of techniques mixed into it. 3. Do you have any routines? A: My old content that's posted on my Pornhub will work just fine. I still recommend following the PE and rest schedule as I stated in number two. 4. Should I do PE on a routine bases or a time length? A: Routine is always the best way to do it. Bathmate & Split Jelqing Routine Blast (3-22-21): Note: For this routine, I used the Bathmate 7, which is a downgrade size-wise from the Hydromax9 that I have. The reason for that is because having a smaller and correctly fitting pump will allow my dick to take up more space in the pump, which will also allow me to have a better session because my dick will respond better to the pressure that's being used. I have no affiliation with Bathmate or any of their products in any fashion. But I'm trying to change that in hopes of being able to give you all a discount. And to do free raffles of the Bathmate for you all to win. 1. Bathmate (5min): Use hot water, or water that is hot enough for you to handle without an issue. Get a good pump going, which is around five or six pumps. Stay in the tube for five minutes. 2. Uli / Regular Jelq (50): For this, I alternated between doing a regular jelq for five reps. And a Uli Hold Jelq for five reps. This allowed me to get fresh oxygen flow while temporarily making a dick ring with my hand. 3. Bathmate (5min): Repeat number one, but this time remain in the pump for six minutes. 4. Uli / Jelq (50): This time, instead of alternating between doing a Uli Hold and a regular Jelq in repetitions of five. Do 25 regular jelqs and then 25 Uli Hold Jelqs. 5. Bathmate (5min) 6. Uli Hold Jelqs (25): I feel that ending the session with a Uli Hold Jelq allows you to memic as if you're jelqing with a dick ring on. This routine is very simple, and I feel that it can be done easily since the Bathmate keeps you warm, loose, and malleable throughout the sessions. As you can see, I got so big during the session that I could barely fit in my pants. I have more experience with pumps and PE, so always use caution and if needed. Try one session of the Bathmate and 50 jelqs and see how you feel after that. Remember, doing more doesn't mean you will grow faster, pace yourself.

That's when you go from, 'wanting to do PE' to feeling like you 'have to do PE,' and that's a dangerous mindset. It makes you impatient, impractical, and it can make you obsessed with it which will result in a toxic mindset. I like to talk about the gym and bodybuilders all the time because they're the perfect analogy for PE. We've all seen some stacked beefcake that looks like he inhales steroids and exhales pure testosterone bench pressing five hundred pounds as if it's a sack of potatoes. You become fixated on this beastly man, you might try and ignore him, but when he's walking around the gym you still notice him. The same thing applies to porn. Believe it or not, that very person that made your jaw drop to the floor might look in the mirror and see a weakling whose shoulders could use some work. Meanwhile, you're looking at him like he's fallen from the heavens of Olympus. Your sexual partner(s) will be the best determining factor to your size. Trust me, they notice your gains well before you do because they're feeling them. If you feel that PE is something you have to do, then you need to take a step back and relax. There is nothing wrong with wanting to achieve a higher level of self-improvement or success. But know your limits, set realistic goals, and make sure you're doing PE for yourself. And not because a few porn videos told you that ten inches are what makes you a real man. I can guarantee you that men are the only ones that truly give a shit with what number their dick lines up to next to a ruler. Do you know what ten inches will get you during sex? HTGAMD: Bathmate 02 Note: Here is video two of the Bathmate! Even though Bathmate says that you can use the pump on a daily basis. This may be true because if you're following their directions of five-minute sets with proper cool-down periods and with hot water. I don't see why that can't be done. However, even though I'm not new to pumping, I'm still new to using the Bathmate and until I get more comfortable with it I still will do my routine every other day. Especially since I add jelqing to my routines and other PE methods, the goal is to NOT cause penile exhaustion. That will make you more susceptible to injury and it won't make you grow any faster.
