Thursday (8-26-21): When it comes to using the Bathmate I must admit that not only am I an affiliate, but I'm also a huge fan of the product. When I first was introduced to them the advertisers that had for them made them seem kind of gimmicky. And it was a no sale for me because they made it seem more like a toy rather than an actual PE device. But, the concepts of how they work are what really got my attention. But, before I even heard of the Bathmate I had a standard vacuum pump and for years I would use them on and off. While they do require more work in order to use them, especially when you’re using them for longer sessions. They’re a great tool that shouldn’t be ignored. With that being said, I wanted to implement the use of both of them when I do my sessions for more of a teaching purpose. Rather than gaining an advantage of any kind when doing PE. That way if you don’t have a Bathmate it’s still easy to follow along. And with every increase of ten subs to my Onlyfans. I still will be giving one away. What are your thoughts on this?

Revamping My PE Herbs (8-25-21): When I started posting PE content I weighed over three hundred and sixty pounds, which is mental when I think about it sometimes. But, I'm happy to report through the use of Keto and better living I dropped down to three hundred and twenty. But, success can is a weird thing because while my weight did stagnant after a while, I stopped doing what was working. And I found myself eating questionable foods that lead me to feel like utter and total shit. My body reacted in such a negative way that my sex drive crashed and it even affected my erection quality. And so I've decided to revamp the herbs that I will be taking every other day. I've also readjusted my macros to no more than 1,800 calories a day. And I no longer have the excuse of not being able to go to the gym because I now have P90X and Tae Bo on a flash drive and in my Xbox and ready to go. It's strange how I stopped after gaining a little success, but my mind is clear and charged. I wanted to go over what I'm now taking because besides PE it will also correlate with our baby-making journey as well. One thing to keep in mind is that you don't want your girth to suffer when you're focusing on length . Which is why I feel that it's best to pratice routines that work on both. Three Updates (8-23-21): 1. Posting tonight. I'm feeling more like myself after going back to my old eating ways, and I believe I fixed my HydroMax7. So I will be trying out the going from the 5 to the 7 in a routine. My job is in a frenzy, and it's getting to the point that I might need to work somewhere else. You Are What You Eat: What goes in your mouth will affect how your body functions. It's no different than putting dirty gas in your car versus the proper fuel. While my weight became stagnant when I was on Keto, I felt fucking amazing. But, for whatever reason, I dropped off of Keto, and I admit that I ate shitty foods. And the result has been more lethargic feelings and even a drop in erection quality. There are so many factors thay contribute to PE growth, and food is definitely one of them. As a fat person that's working on getting skinny, I don't know why I stopped what was working. But now, I genuinely regret it. To be honest, those two videos I've been talking about posting are utter shit, and they need to be redone. But I can only blame myself for that. But Monday, things will be back on track I also will be fasting until Sunday to get my body and mind ready.

You All Are Changing My Mind (8-19-21): When I first started GB9 my goals were to share my knowledge on how to safely do PE because I felt that the information online was too vague. But part of me also wishes that I would have done it sooner because I feel bad for a lot of my followers. What I mean by that is some of the messages you all send me actually sadden me. I truly believe in brotherly and sisterly love even among strangers, I can sit down and talk to a stranger as if they were members of my family. And hearing the stories about being ashamed or embarrassed over your size which makes you feel less about yourself really gets to me. Some people say that men are finally experiencing what women have always experienced when it comes to beauty standards. But I don't think that's fully the case. I personally feel that we've always had those standards but it's just not talked about like women. I know it's just a meme. But this whole "Chad" character and "incel culture" seems to be a real thing. Men have an unrealistic standard of what it means to be a man and this whole "alpha-male" bullshit isn't helping. Now that my schedule has freed up I want to utilize my time to make more content. And I really want to start some kind of a podcast where I can talk to you all from my point of view on things. Kingz, let's talk about the things that can go wrong when it comes to PE. And the first thing that we as men would notice is that when our dick doesn't get as hard as it used to. The alarm bells start going off, and we panic. I know I did when I first started PE years ago. When doing any form of PE. Whether it's pumping, stretching, jelqing, hanging, and even masturbating. You should never experience any form of erection decrease. The opposite should happen. There are a few factors that can cause this besides PE. Such as stress, heavy drinking, unknown health issues, and other contributing factors. One sign of unknown health issues is the lack of a morning erection. But, when it comes to doing PE, it can be a sign of overworking and/or not keeping the tissue warm. I talk relentlessly about not fighting your dick when it's trying to shrivel or relax. The reason is that the elastic tissue can't handle the stress of being stressed to expand when it doesn't want to versus it growing when the tissue is relaxed and hot. Think of it as trying to get an erection when it's cold outside. Even though you will get hard, your erection might not be at its maximum. Overworking was a serious issue for me when I first started because I believed that time equaled the quality of the routine. When in fact, doing sets and reps is the correct way to go. The soreness you feel from overworking at the gym is the same reaction your dick can experience. And when you do start to do longer routines, it's best to keep warming up and stretching as the exercise progresses. I plan on making a 'custom' video where I pump for an hour. And I will be showing you all how I manage a lengthy routine.
