So I'm going through some of my files to find videos and pictures I haven't posted yet - I found this winter walk from last winter, which is why I describe the gray day as a 'beautiful day' - it was beautiful for winter. I'll be recording new material soon, I just need a bit more time to get back into the right frame of mind. 💋

One of the toughest things about losing my Instagram account is that I feel like I've lost the ability to encourage and inspire my followers with simple messages and reminders to love yourselves. It's a small thing, but it matters, and I'm beyond frustrated that Instagram thinks some cleavage and some feel good messages about loving yourself and being good to yourself must be banned. And then going through these past two weeks after suddenly losing Loki have just made me want to crawl into bed and sleep, so that has prevented me from reaching out as well. But these thoughts and wishes are always there, always in the back of my mind. I want to spread as much self-acceptance and self-love as I can, so if you haven't thought about it in a while, take this simple goodnight as a reminder to be good to yourself, and to give yourself all the love you deserve. ❤️
