Massive harvest and canning day. Tossing eggplants, basil and many types of heirloom tomatoes in a pot with garlic. Should provide about 20 apocalyptic meals if you’re into that sort of prepping 😂. Canning is so much better than freezing so I’m trying to do more of it! Anyone try this before?
