Another full day done and another pack of reds as well. Normally I do not smoke so much but these stressful days are a challenge and I need a higher dose of nicotine. I am so thankful to be a smoker, to be able to find such a deep relief in a tiny tobacco stick, everywhere and anytime.

Okay today I have been busy as ever. It's Monday but I smoked reds from morning to evening. I didn't give a damn about my sore Monday throat or whatever, I needed reds. All day, no excuses! The burning feeling down my chest made me forget about my stressful day for a few minutes.

Vacation is over, back to the rules with my lungs black as ever! I have no clue how much I smoked the last week and maybe it's a good thing to not know the exact amount. That would be scary. The only thing I can tell is that I smoked too much and that I enjoyed every single drag. No regrets!

This morning I woke up with the heaviest smoking cough ever. I drank a bit of water and then I went outside to smoke a cigarette. I started coughing again and everyone was looking at me. Thankfully I felt better after the cigarette, no idea what happened. Maybe my lungs are a little bit stressed.

I smoked an entire pack yesterday. I have been out with a group of friends and today I had to pack my suitcase with a super heavy feeling in my chest. My lungs were flattering during every movement I made! I took a few days off to relax in a Resort before the busy Christmas time will start. I'm sure these days will be a challenge for my lungs too. I will observe my smoking and keep you up to date!

Yesterday I have been out with a friend, we m.e.t. for a chitchat walk. I always have to safe my cigarettes while smoking and walking through the crowded city. Once a person destroyed my red by passing by and it made me angry af. Dezember will be a heavy and dangerous month for my lungs. So many meeti.ngs, dinners and parties. I already know that I will smoke more than usually.

The first day of another new week. I smoked Marlboro golds after a weekend of reds. I've been working on a lot of different things lately, cigarettes have been the only way to survive this chaos. Smoking golds on a Monday feels like cheating sometimes but it turned into a little personal tradition as well so I still can't stop myself to buy them. Golds are my little Monday companions.
