I’ve been pretty mentally down the last couple months, behind on lots, and really lacking in motivation after a series of really tough experiences. I know “this isn't the place for that”, but hopefully to give you some insight if you’ve been waiting on anything..
I’ve been doing lots of cold plunges, taking time to myself, and trying new ways of moving and getting back into old ones and slowly feel myself coming back.
I’m excited to begin live streaming again 🤓

Just to be transparent about some things so yall understand why I’m so behind. I am currently entering a lawsuit with the owner of the horse from my accident a month ago. And then I got sick for two weeks (stress?) shit is hitting the fan and it’s getting everywhere! Lmao. I’m doing my best but do have a lot on my plate from this stupid accident and also have a hard time getting in to a relaxed mental space to stream, make content etc. procrastination due to intimidation of my current circumstances and stress has been impacting my motivation. Please be patient with me while I maneuver all of this. 🥺 thank you 🫶🏻
