Hence why bodybuilders are known for the infamous chicken broccoli and rice. But this is way better and not any less clean. I think the most sustainable diet is one you never feel like you have to cheat on.

My maintenance calories are over 4000 due to the intensity of my workouts and the massive Bradley Martin sandwiches I eat every other day (get it?😜💪🏼) but frfr.. if you always in a state of protein synthesis then your metabolism has to constantly work to repair that damaged muscles

Pray for me 😭
