This was a solid 48 hrs of cold sweats burning through me and a sinus migraine I could barely see through + able to feel every joint in my body ache?
I’m thankful it’s over, thankful it wasn’t worse or longer, and god do I feel awful for people who got the delta variants and long term covid .-.
Some people have had it like a breeze, I think I got it worse because stimulants can lower your immune system v.v
Who knows, I’m ready for this cough to go away so I feel comfortable leaving the house.
Tomorrow will be day 7 of isolation, after 10 I can leave my house with an actual kn95 mask, not cloth.
No yoga class or gym for me :/ but I can start in my room at least.

I need to read more about how long I’m contagious for though, if the proteins are still detectable in my nose, it makes sense to me that I could breathe or sneeze them out onto others and get them sick.
