Brief flashback time! The first time I got these babies was really memorable, because it was one of the first brands other than Hunter that actually felt quite good on my feet and weren't too stiff or low quality! How do you feel about hoods with the flap up? You know, the little flap that sometimes comes at the end of hoods like this, and especially with rain hoods. I think it can be rather cute, but I do have to say I'm not sure if I have a really hard preference one way or the other. Raincoats without the flap are also quite nice, I almost like to call the flap a duckbill because of the way it looks sometimes! 😆

Dark gothic ensemble, complete with a single shiny necklace I wanted to show more from the cool place I shot. We were a few floors up and I went full dark & goth style, complete with heavy black eye makeup and darkened lips. I really liked this look, and unfortunately there hasn't been much of a chance to use it for much lately, but by god do I love that single black rose in my hair and the criss-cross halter corset as a top. A little throwback and comments on spring~ A throwback to those winter vibes before spring gets in full gear! It's starting to regularly be warmer here now! April was so full of ups and downs that it was really hard to plan any outfits, but now it's finally getting a bit more predictable! That means I can actually match my coat or boots to an outfit without worrying if the temperature will change to the opposite later, and you have no idea how excited that makes me! 😆😍
