What a day yesterday was. Non stop GO from 415am to 10pm. Poor feet 🥺 on my way to the gym (i never say work because i love what i do 😉) time to help guide people on their fitness journey. Several folks rehabbing knees with me. I love taking people that have never even been in a gym and watching them flourish with confidence with each new skill they learn and conquer. I love my athletes and their spirit. I am blessed 🤗
